This 9-piece deck rebuild kit includes 3 spindle assemblies with pulleys, 3 mower blades, 1 deck drive belt and 2 flat idler pulleys. It is built around the 618-0671 / 618-04608 spindle, 742-0677 / 942-0677 blade, 754-0642 / 954-0642 belt and 756-04129 idler component families.

Spindle Assemblies
Approx. 7-5/16" overall height with approximately 5-1/2" pulley OD and 6-point star blade shaft. Three spindle assemblies with pulleys are included.

Mower Blades
Approx. 18-1/2" long × 3" wide with 6-point star center. Three blades are required for the compatible 54" deck.

Deck Drive Belt
Replaces 754-0642 / 954-0642. Approximately 5/8" wide × 138" long, wrapped aramid-cord replacement construction.

Flat Idler Pulleys
Approx. 4-7/8" OD × 3/8" ID × 1" high. Two idler pulleys are included.

Important: 80-DK-032 vs. 80-DK-033

Some Cub Cadet / MTD 54" decks use the same or similar spindle, blade and idler families but require a different deck belt.

This 80-DK-032 kit uses the 754-0642 / 954-0642 belt — approximately 138" long.

Cub Cadet RZT54 and other compatible zero-turn configurations commonly use the longer 754-04138 / 954-04138 belt — approximately 143" long and require a different Green Dade deck kit.

How to Confirm This Is the Correct Kit

1. Confirm your mower has a 54" three-blade deck.
2. Confirm your spindle matches the 618-0671 / 618-04608 family.
3. Verify the blades use a 6-point star center and match the 742-0677 / 942-0677 family.
4. Confirm the deck belt is 754-0642 / 954-0642 or equivalent and approximately 138" long.
5. Confirm two flat idlers in the 756-04129 / 956-04129 family.
