Check Fitment Before Ordering
Confirm all three specifications on your guide bar or existing chain:
Pitch: 3/8 inch standard.
Gauge: .050 inch / 1.3 mm.
Drive links: Exactly 91.
A 28 inch bar can require a different drive link count depending on its design and mounting configuration. Model name and bar length alone do not establish compatibility.
This chain is not interchangeable with 3/8 inch low profile chain or with .058 and .063 inch gauge chains. Count the drive links that run inside the bar groove, rather than the cutting teeth.
Care and Maintenance
Maintain adequate bar and chain lubrication, correct chain tension and sharp cutters. Follow the chain manufacturer’s sharpening instructions for file diameter, filing angles and depth gauge settings.
